THIS LIST OF to-be-cut and canceled CBC TV shows comes courtesy Tod Maffin:
This Hour Has 22 Minutes, The Border, Being Erica, Little Mosque on the Prairie will all have their seasons reduced and/or budgets cut. Some shows' online extensions will be canceled.
Marketplace & Fifth Estate will have budget restrictions, 80 jobs in English news will be cut.
Radio drama will also be reduced, and CBC Radio shows like The Inside Track, The Point, Out Front and The Signal are gone. The Current will cut the number of shows by 10%
CBC Radio 3 also drops to one stream/sat radio broadcast.
No word mentioned about Wild Roses -- at least none that I could see.
Oh, and no more Toronto Blue Jays baseball games on CBC. Too bad. They actually did a great job with the HD broadcasts.
