Thought the pilot was really good - but I also thought the pilot to FlashForward was great... and we know what's happened to that show.
That being said, I was a big, excited nerd last night seeing V on TV again after all these years...
The fact that they've only got 4 episodes before they go on hiatus until March - and have hired an entire new writing staff/showrunner - doesn't bode well.
I tuned in and thought it stank. Elizabeth Mitchell was blah, her son was annoying as hell, and the writing as a whole just didn't do it for me (not to mention the "look" of it all). Who DIDN'T see the "inside man" thing coming a mile away?
Scott Wolf, Morena Baccarin and Morris Chestnut were passable, at best.
I was really looking forward to this "return of V", but I'm out.
