WELL WELL, so many riches. The WGC contract extension passed -- which is good news for all Canadian writers. Flashpoint is on the move to Thursday, which is probably good move for that show, and the pilot to Pretty Handsome is probably the best thing I've seen since the pilot to Breaking Bad. But all that has to wait as I'm on the road to Mimico. Day 7 of 7.

It looks like most of us will never be able to check out Pretty Handsome for ourselves...it didn't get picked up:

I loved the Pretty Handsome pilot. Awesome drama, incredible acting, enough character potential for the show to grow stronger than the rather situational premise. It's a shame that nobody picked it up.
So if you have the chance to (cough) see it: do it. THIS is how character drama is written.
The suburbs have caught up to 1980s James:
"Dressed me up in women’s clothes
Messed around with gender roles
Dye my eyes and call me pretty..."
Perhaps an appropriate theme/ title song had the show gone. Shame. Best 'laid' plans...
