I'M DOING a big-little dance, lighting candles and chanting hoping that the morning's rain in Toronto dissipates quickly.Why, you say?
Because today is Day One of shooting of my first episode of THE BORDER. And let's just say, it's outside, and it involves a very, very, very, very large prop.
I'll be heading to set after my pop on Q today. If you have control of the heavens in any meaningful way, like control of clouds and rain and things -- who knows, maybe you're a fan of the blog -- anyway, if you have providence over such things and can throw me a sudden shift of wind and miraculous clearing, I'd-a be much obliged. Thanks.

and also throw some our way out here in Vancouver. We're outside all day tomorrow on jPod. And I think Robson Arms took the brunt of our rain yesterday. Miserable! I'll pray for you if you pray for us.
We've been having terrible rain here in Chicago, too (even the lightning at night rocks). I wonder if that's doing anything to the Batman filming going on now, even though I could it helping the feeling of the movie.

Hey, if Vancouver BC wants out rain, we in Portland would be happy to send it north. I'm not sure I can gather the energy to send it as far as Toronto but Vancouver BC (always needing to be distinguised from Vancouver WA) is welcome to it.
