On a happy note, at least King of Queens is finally ending.
I KNOW! I loved all the pieces that made up this whole.
i wanted to like it. i really did. i even gave it three episodes. but, alas, it wasn't meant to be...
I've got a love-ambivalence relationship with Andy Barker, and I don't know where one starts and the other ends.
According to Jim is on the bubble ... dammit! No, not really (the dammit - it really is a question mark for renewal), but Andy Barker didn't do it for me, either.
I have to say I once thought Andy R was one of the funniest guys on TV when he sat in the chair beside Conan but his work since has been really bad. It's like watching Mystery Science Theatre 3000 without the benefit of the movie.Just another smartass with nothing to say.
geez. i loved it: the humour, the tone... but it's sadly been removed from my spec list.
andy richter was much funnier when he controlled the universe.
