Nice character reveal on the Chief there. And Sandra Oh really does have the role of a career there. But...

Though Shonda Rhimes really does sound like the kind of lovable lunatic I love to work for.

Lovable lunatics are the only people worth working for. Unstable, unpredictable and just so much fun. Who'd want a square for a boss?
I've been feeling this way since the Superbowl ep, maybe even one or two eps before that. Doesn't seem as fresh as season 1.
