I love Cracker. I love it to pieces. And I have to find out at a poker game that Jimmy McGovern, Fitz, Manchester and Robbie Coltrane are all going to be back on my TV sometime in 2006, even for two hours?
Is it my birthday?
Sure, it'll be weird to see that Jeff guy from Coupling as the new boss, but if you tell me that Penhaligon's back, I don't know what I'll do.

I cannot wait. White Ghost (Fitz in the East) was quite a letdown; with McGovern back at the helm this ought to be great.
Sadly, though, it's not certain that Geraldine Somerville will be back to play Pan Handle.
one of the great "damaged detectives". I find Holmes and Fitz more interesting than Marple and McLeod.
