FUNNY THING, Canadian Politics. Though the campaigns here are lightning fast (usually about 33 days, total) the actual speed at which engagement happens in this country seems to me to be slow, slowwww, slowwwww.
First, there's the fact that the CBC didn't jump to get its comedy shows on the air earlier -- even in a special version.
Next, here's -- and I kid you not -- the first EVER personally created election themed YouTube thingie I have EVER been sent. I got drubbed by a few people a couple months back for suggesting that Canadian fans weren't as ... I don't know ... quick to jump on and engage and go out and create fan-like things as U.S. fans. But this is politics. Where are the YouTube Videos and fan forums and stuff? Seriously. Nobody's making anything. Is it that Canadians are really that passive? I don't know.
Finally, here's a Liberal site, presumably, that takes that strong "Liberal" band and does the thing to Steve Harper and his (Neo) Conservative Party that should have been done MONTHS ago...

Voting with Kathy and Jackie - Episode 1
Check it out.
Ooh, I love the joyful tone of that first one.
Here's one I helped out with, that just launched today. Spearheaded by some talented young designers whose goal was to put something forward to who may feel complacent/apathetic.

Sorry, to THOSE (i.e. noncommittal voters) who may feel complacent.
